When you cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you paid for the product, including any delivery costs. From the refund amount, we have the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation of the product from its original value if and to the extent that such a reduction in value is due to you handling the product to a greater extent than is necessary to determine its properties or features.

We will refund the amount as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the date we received the product back.

7. Warranty

We offer a two (2)-year warranty on all our scooters.

Your order confirmation is your proof of warranty.

8. Complaints

Should you discover that the product is broken or defect upon delivery, so-called unpacking defects, this must be reported to our customer service within 2 days of receiving the item.

If you discover other problems or defects in the product, which are not unpacking defects, these must be invoked within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered or should have been discovered. You can complain about a defective item within 3 years of receiving the item, you will then lose the right to invoke the defect.

The product warranty only covers manufacturing defects that existed when you received the product. Original errors must be able to be presented to and confirmed by us. Depending on the situation, you can be offered a free repair, a new product or a reduction of the original price. No defect products shall be sent to Segem without our prior approval. In the first instance, pictures of the defect must be sent to our Customer Service. If it is necessary to return the product to our warehouse we will let you know.
